Account & data deletion
If you created an account in any app published by Jinacode Systems, you can request that your account and its associated data be permanently deleted at any time. This applies to every app we publish, on any platform.
To request deletion:
- Email developers@jinacode.systems with the subject
Delete my account. - Include the app name and the email address or username your account is registered under (send the request from that email if possible, so we can verify it's you).
- We confirm the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted: your account profile (name, email, username), your activity and usage history, content you created in the app, and any other data linked to your account.
What may be retained: records we are legally required to keep (for example, for accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution) are retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted. Anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
You can also request a copy of your data, or correction of inaccurate data, through the same email address.
Terms & conditions
By using our websites and apps you agree to the following:
- Use of service. Our apps and websites are provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials safe.
- User interactions. Features that let you track, record, or share activities with other users are provided as a convenience. We are not a party to any arrangement between users; anything users agree among themselves is entirely their responsibility and must comply with the laws that apply to them.
- Your data. We collect only the data needed to run the service, never sell personal data, and delete it on request as described above.
- Account termination. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
- Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jinacode Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
- Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
